Our Services
Platinum Realty Group will handle all aspects of financial, maintenance, and operations needs during your lease:
Rent Payments
See lease terms for due date and late fees. No cash payments accepted. Rent can be paid via Tenant Portal E-check (no recurring fee), Chase Bank, or Zelle. Payments sent via mail may be subject to late fees if not received by due date.
Maintenance/Repairs
All requests must be submitted via Tenant Portal or After Hours Service at 623-888-9445. Authorized repairs will be scheduled directly with the vendor. Missed appointments are subject to No-Show Fee. Self-repairs cannot be made without prior written approval.
Move-Out Reminders
Remove all belongings and leave in general condition as move-in. Excessive cleaning issues are not considered normal wear and tear and charges in excess of non-refundable cleaning deposit will be charged.
